Spring Photos

The school year is close to an end and I have mostly phone pictures to show for what we have been up to. In a nutshell we have been busy with sports, dance, and friends. We had a fun spring break with Lee Lee coming to Naples for a few days and Seeing Nana and Papa in Orlando. And we have had a lot of fun being at home, the park, or the beach. It's hard not to love it here.

Camping with the Snipes in Callousahatchee

The Snipes took on Callousahatchee again with the same campsite and the same weekend as last year, and of course, with more stuff. It was an awesome 2 nights of camping and also not quite as cold as the previous year. But, it was the start of Harrison getting the flu and we realized this the day we were going. So, like the mom of the year that I am, I decided that Harrison would be fine and we should still go. Harrison was not feeling great at the beginning but after a little help from the Motrin, he was able to hang. This also might have explained why he got pneumonia a couple weeks later but who really knows. Back to the camping...we always have a fun time with this group and the kids loved exploring, biking the trails, and climbing the rock while the adults had fun sitting by the fire and goofing off.

Christmas 2016

We spent Christmas in Naples again this year because we love it here around that time. Well, we love it here all the time but Christmas is over the top. I've mentioned before how our neighborhood goes crazy for Christmas lights but there is also something special about being in your own house on Christmas day with young children. Lucky for us, Nana and Papa decided to come to Naples to be with us on Christmas day. I also included a couple pics from our trip to Jacksonville which was earlier in December.
