I never thought about going to Gatorland in Orlando until Robert mentioned this past week. In fact, I don't think I had ever heard of it. But Robert's parents were on their way back from Sarasota on Saturday and it sounded like a good idea to meet them there for a day of fun with Harrison. We spent about 3 hours at Gatorland and had a blast! I'm not gonna lie, it was hot...really hot. But there was so much for Harrison to see and do that the heat wasn't as noticeable as we thought it would be. Plus, there was a little water park to cool off in after all the animal watching. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a short daytime adventure.

St. Simons Island
We were in St. Simons for a baby shower this past weekend. The shower was perfect and so was getting to spend the entire weekend back in St. Simons with some great friends. Harrison's pal, Finn, kept him busy as they played and managed to stir up trouble.
Here are the soon to be parents, James and Ansley
And here is a parent who has his hands full already
Me and my girls, Angel & Ansley
The onesie that James is holding up is made by some friends of mine. Their website is http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5181866. They make ADORABLE children's clothes and I can tell you that every time I give one of these onesies as a gift, they get rave reviews!
Harrison getting involved in a game of croquet
Bored with croquet, now just eating the ball

4th of July
We had a busy day on the 4th of July. Harrison couldn't get enough of all the action. We went over to our friends' house for an afternoon of swimming, eating and playing in the sun. Later we watched fireworks and Robert got some awesome pictures. Harrison even rallied long enough to stay up to watch. He definitely knows how to celebrate the 4th of July!

Downtown Jacksonville Art Walk
This past Wednesday I had my first art show! The Fiorentino Group in downtown Jacksonville hosted my artwork and it was a great evening. I had never been to the downtown artwalk which happens the first Wednesday of every month but I will tell you it is quite the scene. I was amazed at how many people there are and how many talented artists they have. My display was inside the Carling Building and we had a really good turnout. I say we because I had several helpers who kept me company all evening. Thanks Amy, Leigh, Cassie, Robert..and Harrison!
