Franklin, NC

Harrison, my mom, and I headed up to North Carolina this past week to spend time with family. My aunt and uncle, Brooks and John Rob, have built a beautiful house in Franklin so we went to stay with them along with my cousin, Anne, and her 2 kids, Virginia Anne and Wade. Harrison and Wade are becoming great friends already...they really don't have a choice. And if you saw Harrison right now you would think he had been through the ringer a couple of times. He is covered in scratches and has a possible black eye! That's because he has discovered rolling down a steep hill is fun. So is slip n sliding down a hill. And so are stairs. Yes that's right, he loves stairs - even though he fell down a small flight of them the 1st night we were there. There is no stopping this man. I cannot figure out how to make him fearful of anything!

But anyway, we had an awesome time being in the mountains. We ate, went shopping, had some laughs and even watched the 3 kids put on a show for us. They are mighty talented!
